Bloomability by Sharon Creech is about a girl named Domenica Stanolina Doone (Dinnie for short). Dinnies aunt and uncle whose names are Aunt Sandy and Uncle Max take her to a school in Switzerland and she makes signs in Italian trying to say kidnapped or help but she always got them wrong because she did not know how to write in Italian.
