I like that I get to spend time with my family and I get to spend more time with God. Sometimes my parents give me a list of books that I can pick from for the unit. And I get to do a lot of stuff outside.

Homeschool Kids Write Assignment #10

Well we do the Jesse tree. The Jesse tree is the line from Jesse to Jesus.
And we do a candle thing. It is the four weeks before Christmas. There is  a assignment to do during the week.  The  first assignment  is  called the prophecy candle. I don't know all the rest  but there  is four.

State Exploration Assignment 8

*What is a state seal: The seals, the tokens or signs of the public office
*What is your state's seal: At the center of the seal, there is an image of a man standing resolutely at the tip of a penninsula, watching the sun rise, his rifle ready.

And just above the shield, an eagle adds to the majesty. Each of these proud animals lends credence to the motto on the shield, "Tuebor", or "I will defend". Above the eagle is the familiar motto "E pluribus unum", or "From many, one". Below the shield are the words "Si Quaeris Peninsulam Amoenam Circumspice", or "If you seek a pleasant peninsula, look about you." And encircling all of this are the words "The Great Seal of the State of Michigan".

Well we got ready and then we ate dinner. I had a piece of turkey, some mashed potatoes and green beans and a coke. For dessert I had a piece of chocolate pie and a bowl of whipped cream.
After we ate dinner we went with our Uncle Bobby to let his dog out.
Then we came home and went to bed.

Homeschool Kids Write Assignment #7

One day I was out Christmas shopping and I saw a beautiful doll with a blue dress and I wanted to buy the doll for my sister Kathryn so I bought the doll and went home and wrapped it. On Christmas day Kathryn was delighted when she opened the doll.

One day I went outside and found a time machine in my yard. I hopped in and set the day to the day we got my dog Rosie. I wouldn't really want to change anything I did that day except spend more time with Rosie.

Homeschool Kids Write Assignment #5

One day I was playing in my back yard when there was a great noise. After that happened I saw a giant pumpkin. I went in and I saw that there was a family in there. I introduced myself and asked  their  names.  There was the father John and the mother  Sarah and the daughter Grace. Grace and I were the same age and became very good friends. Then they told me that thy could go wherever they wanted in the giant pumpkin.  I asked if we could go to China. They said we could and so we went and I got to see how they made some of the amazing things that they do. And then we went home and they had to go. I asked them to come back soon and they said they would try.
