No, Faith!

One time I was holding my new puppy Faith and she climbed onto my face and bit my glasses. When she bit my glasses she pulled them off and started to chew on them, but I grabbed them from her and put them back  on.

Last saturday we got a new puppy her name is Faith! She is so cute. Also yesterday we went and saw Santa Clause three. It was weird just like all the other ones.

Today we went to the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, which is a place where people learn how to play instruments. Today was a concert. There were a lot of instruments. I shall name them all:Violins, Violas, Violoncellos, Basses, Flutes, there was one piccolo, Oboes, Clarinets, E-Flat Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Bassoons, Contrabassoons, French Horns, Trumpets, Trombones, Bass Trombone, Tuba, and Timpani. And all the songs were:

Swimming

Hey, yesterday we went swimming at my cousin's house and we made a real whirlpool. It was really pulling us. It was so fun. We could not go backwards and we could hardly stop! And then we ate cookies and ruined the whirl pool. It was really fun to ruin the whirlpool!

Then we swam for a long time and made a new whirlpool and had more cookies and ruined the newwhirl pool. We swam for a long time and made a new whirlpool.
And then we had to go in and we would not stop bothering  my cousin's new cat Loui.

Detroit Science Center

Last Saturday I went to the Detroit Science Center!!! We went to this awesome SPACE exhibit. Next we did this list that Mom printed out at home (it was a bunch of questions). And after doing that we went to the Imax Dome Theater!!! We saw Magnificent Desolation: Walking on the Moon. It was so cool, but I got a little sick

up north

Hey, guess what! The Sunday after Fathers Day I went up north. On the way up we watched Kicking and Screaming. It was really funny. When we got up north we ate dinner and went to bed. The next morning we took a walk and played at the sand hill. Then we came home and ate lunch. And after lunch we went swimming at the creek. I was looking under the steps for a rock for my sister, and I saw a black snake. I was so scared. Then we went home and ate dinner. The next day my sister and I went to the beach and grandpa took everyone else shooting. And then there was a warning that hail was coming towards the beach so we went home.And then everyday we went swimming and the last day was a beach bash. Before going to the beach bash I made a pillowcase and then we went and saw the fire works. The next day we went home.

happy birthday

Saturday I  had my birthday party and our second unit celebration. I made sherbet punch and it was really good.  Everyone tried it.  I had a lot of  fun.  First the guests came, and I showed everyone my report on Amelia Earhart, and then I showed everyone my homemade model of the Electra. And I got everyone some of my sherbet punch.  Then we played, ate the cake and ice-cream, and my cousin and I opened our presents.

One present was from my parents.  It was a doll named Violet Travilla.  She did not come then because my Mom ordered her too late, but she came today.  Well, I have to get off the computer.  Bye.

Hey we finally had our unit celebration. Now I can blog more often, but we have a unit celebration in June. Well today we went to grandma's house and I'm really upset because today I was sick and we could not go anywhere. Well I have to go because grandma needs to take us home soon. Today at 5:30 I am getting new glasses.

Cleaning

The Library

Today I went to the library and got "Ginger Pye" and came home and I read a book. Then I practiced piano.   I have to let my brother use the computer now.  Bye!

 

About Myself

I am Allyson.  I am 8 years old and this is my first time blogging.  I am homeschooled.  I am also a book worm!  I also like to read to my 7-year-old sister, Kathryn.  My oldest brother is Nathan, then Jordan, then me, then Kathryn.  I also have my mom and my dad.  I'm excited to start blogging. 

 

The Bike Ride

Today I went outside for a walk and tried to make a daisy chain, but it wouldn't stay together.  Then I changed into playing clothes and we went for a bike ride with our dad to the park.  Then we went into this tunnel and found that the top of it was boring because it was just a big piece of wood.  So we went to this other place where you walk on these bouncy things.  We asked dad to spin us on the tire, and he said that Nathan has to spin us for 10 minutes.  He spun us for 10 minutes and we got so dizzy we almost threw up.  After that we played on a rope that slides across a wire.  Then we rode home on our bikes and I blogged.  Good night everybody!
